Hey! My name is Daphne. I’m a coach, coach educator and the new Head Coach at Bodysoul Hamburg. Helping coaches find their voice and develop their skills is a big part of what I do, and I’m looking for Reformer coaches to join our founding team.

Bodysoul brings together RIDE, Reformer, BUILD, SCULPT and PERFORM. We’re setting out to build the biggest boutique fitness experience in Germany, and you can be part of it.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING WITH REFORMER

Our Reformer concept brings Pilates foundations together with functional training, intentional time under tension and movement on the beat of the music.

Expect a contemporary approach where technique, control and purposeful programming meet musical energy. We want people to understand how they move, build strength and confidence, and enjoy being challenged.

Leveling up is in our DNA. As coaches, we keep learning, growing and evolving, and we help the people we coach do the same.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You hold a certification in mat Pilates and/or Reformer Pilates and have teaching experience.

You bring personality, lead with confidence and know how to connect with a room. You can guide people at different levels, offer clear adjustments and progressions, and help everyone feel supported while being challenged.

You have a strong sense of rhythm and feel comfortable moving and coaching on the beat of the music. This is central to our concept and will be an important part of what we assess during auditions.

You welcome feedback, take responsibility for your development and are excited to contribute to a team and help shape a new coaching community in Hamburg.

You’ll need to be available to coach at least six hours per week, with flexibility across the schedule. Being able to teach in English is a plus.

LET’S KEEP DEVELOPING, TOGETHER

As part of the team, you’ll receive ongoing in-house training and coaching development. We’ll help you translate your existing teaching skills into the Bodysoul Reformer approach.

Our initial training is planned across three days of four hours each, totalling approximately 12 hours. The duration may be shorter or longer depending on your experience and development needs. Dates are still to be confirmed.

This is your opportunity to join the founding team and help shape the Reformer experience from the beginning.

COME MEET US AT AUDITIONS

We’re holding Reformer auditions in Hamburg on:

• Saturday 7 November: 15:00 to 17:00
• Sunday 8 November: 15:00 to 17:00

You’ll need to be available for one complete two-hour round. Please let us know which dates you can attend. We’ll share the exact location and preparation details with invited candidates.

We’ll be looking at your coaching, movement quality, connection with the room and ability to work on the beat of the music.

• Your relevant certifications and teaching experience.
• Your weekly availability and the audition dates you can attend.
• A coaching video of five minutes maximum. Show us how you guide movement, cue technique and bring your personality into the room. Where possible, include coaching to music so we can get a feel for your musicality.
