HAMBURG, LET’S RIDE.

Hey! My name is Daphne. I’m an indoor cycling coach, coach educator and the new Head Coach at Bodysoul.STUDIO Hamburg. I’ve been coaching since 2016, and helping coaches find their voice and develop their skills is a big part of what I do.

Now, I’m looking for experienced RIDE coaches to join our founding team.

Bodysoul brings together RIDE, Reformer, BUILD, SCULPT and PERFORM. We’re setting out to build the biggest boutique fitness experience in Germany, and you can be part of it.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING WITH RIDE

For us, rhythm-based cycling brings music, technique, training purpose and rider experience together. We want riders to have fun while building real skill, confidence and performance on the bike. That starts with solid foundations and coaches who know how to teach them.

Leveling up is in our DNA. As coaches, we keep learning, growing and evolving, and we help our riders do the same.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Experience matters, and so does who you are in the room. I’m looking for coaches who bring personality, lead with confidence and know how to connect with riders, making them feel seen, supported and ready to challenge themselves.

You have relevant rhythm-based cycling coaching experience and can guide riders at different levels. You welcome feedback, take responsibility for your development and are excited to contribute to a team and help shape a new coaching community in Hamburg.

You’ll need to be available to coach at least six hours per week, with flexibility across the schedule. Being able to teach in English is a plus.

LET’S KEEP DEVELOPING, TOGETHER

As part of the team, you’ll receive ongoing in-house training and coaching development with me. Our initial training is planned across three days of four hours each, totalling approximately 12 hours. The duration may be shorter or longer depending on your experience and development needs. Dates are still to be confirmed.

This is your opportunity to join the founding team and help shape the RIDE experience from the beginning.

COME MEET US AT AUDITIONS

We’re holding auditions in Hamburg on:

• Saturday 7 November: 12:00 to 14:00 or 15:00 to 17:00
• Sunday 8 November: 12:00 to 14:00 or 15:00 to 17:00

You’ll need to be available for one complete two-hour round. Please let us know all the rounds you can attend. We’ll share the exact location with invited candidates.
